WebMedley has continued to grow and evolve over time.  The most recent growth involved moving to a new platform with many new features.  However, this means that WebMedley users now have one of two different support locations that they will need depending on the version of WebMedley they are using.  This page will help you determine which location you need.  

WebMedley: version 1.0 If your site manager looks like the graphic to the left when you login, then you are using a previous version of WebMedley.  You will need to use http://support.webmedley1.com for your support needs.

WebMedley: Version 2.0

If your website has elements of the graphic above when you log in to edit it, then you are already using the latest version of WebMedley.  Your help files can be found here at http://support.webmedley.com.  Simply use the Help/Support menu at the top of this page to find the help you need.
